This holiday home is just outside Torrevieja in the southern Costa Blanca, Spain.
This property is in an ideal location for a relaxing holiday in the sun! This is a modern 2 bedroom air-conditioned holiday home with a clean and tastefully decorated interior in a quiet location. The garden contains a palm tree with an orange tree and a lemon tree. Inside is a comfortable and spacious open plan sitting room/ dining area, 2 bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, storage room, bathroom with shower and bidet. There is ample on road parking.
Patio Area
The property is accessed from a walkway. At the front is a patio area with a sunshade that can be lowered, if you prefer some shelter from the sun. This large patio area has its own dining suite enabling you to spend many evening hours with a glass of wine (or two) whilst listening to your favourite music.
Sun Terrace
There are steps up to the roof of the property which has a large private solarium (sun terrace). Four sunbeds are provided. There is also an outside shower and a washing line.
Lounge/Dining area
The main entrance to the property leads into the lounge and dining area. The large lounge area has two comfortable sofa-beds, a TV, DVD player, dining table and four chairs. There are a small selection of books and DVDs and a CD player for your entertainment. There is air-conditioning for use in the summer and heating for during the winter months.
Kitchen and Utility
The kitchen provides all the facilities that you might expect to need in order to live in the property. There is an oven and hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a utility area which is used for the storage of the patio table and chairs and sunbeds.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes.
The second bedroom has twin beds and a built in wardrobe.
All bedding is provided.
Bathroom
The fully tiled bathroom has a toilet, basin, bidet, bath with shower over. Bath towels are provided however you will need to bring your own beach towels.
Getting there
The nearest airport is Murcia (San Javier) which is about a 20 minute drive. Alicante airport is about a 40 minute drive. Either route is a relatively straightforward drive, primarily on one main road. Check Flybe, Ryanair, BMI Baby, Easyjet, Thomsonfly, Monarch and Mytravellite for low cost flights.
A hire car is recommended but not essential. Airport transfers can be arranged at additional cost if required.

A non-returnable deposit of 50% is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday.
A cleaning cost of 55 euros is payable on arrival at the property. In addition, a key deposit of 100 euros is payable locally, this is returned at the end of your stay providing that the keys are returned and there are no breakages.
Prices may be subject to change at the owner’s discretion. Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Payments are accepted in euros if required. Discounts available for repeat bookings and late availability. Please contact me if you require shorter than one week booking.

Suitable for children
For the comfort of all guests, no smoking is allowed in the bungalow however you are welcome to smoke on the patio or sun terrace.
